GardenShop2U is operated by Aston Gardenshop Enterprise (registration no. 201503342977 (002494737-U)), a business registered in Malaysia. We handle personal data in line with Malaysia’s Personal Data Protection Act 2010.
What we collect
- Order details: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address and the items you order.
- Account details: if you create an account, your login email and order history.
- Technical data: basic information such as your browser and pages viewed, and cookies that keep your cart and language choice working.
We do not store your card or online banking details. Payments are handled by our payment provider.

- To process, pack and deliver your order and to contact you about it.
- To answer your questions and handle returns.
- To keep the shop secure and working properly.

Who we share it with
We share only what is needed with the services that help us run the shop: our payment provider (iPay88) to take payment, couriers and delivery services (such as J&T Express) to deliver your parcel, our email service (Omnisend) for marketing emails you have opted into, and our website hosting and security providers. We do not sell your personal data.

We use cookies that keep your cart and checkout working and remember your language. Our email service may set a cookie to recognise your cart if you have opted in to emails.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as needed to provide service, handle returns and meet legal and accounting requirements, and keep marketing details until you unsubscribe.
